Before work begins
Contact us promptly to cancel before work starts. Requests are considered based on preparation status and applicable consumer law.
After personalized work starts
Once personalized preparation begins or content is delivered, change-of-mind refunds are not offered except where law requires.
Live appointments
You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows and late cancellations may not qualify for refunds, subject to applicable law.
Non-delivery or errors
If your service is not delivered, materially incomplete or incorrectly charged, you may request review and an appropriate remedy or refund.
How to request
Contact us with your order date, purchase email and payment reference. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
